Our homemade authentic Greek TZATZIKI It is made of salted strained yogurt or diluted yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, sometimes with vinegar or lemon juice, and herbs such as dill, mint, parsley and thyme. This yummy Greek chicken with tzatziki sauce pairs so well with a delicious Greek salad (naturally) or with a side of veggies and couscous or quinoa. Of course, it's also delicious with pita bread and made into a nice "Greek taco" as we like to call them
