Shabar, also know as the Green Tilapia. This seasonal 100% wild fish originates from The coastal city of Portsadi. It looks like a baby Tilapia and is loaded with wonderful-tasting batarekh, our very own Egyptian caviar! It feeds mainly on shrimps, making their meat super tender, super creamy and super tasty!
