With the magic of Sous Vide, you can’t mess lobster up, so no need to worry about a rubbery disaster. Just place the ready made vac-pack butter poached 3 lobster tails (400g), in a boiling water bath (60°C) for 45 mins. The result is perfect cooked tails with the salty buttery flavor built right into the meat, guaranteeing incredibly tender, moist and succulent results.
