Our SALMON POKÉ CUBES are cut from the same fish as our premium sashimi grade Norwegian Salmon. Skin off, Bones out. Each pack weights 300g of blast-frozen Fresh Norwegan sashimi-grade Salmon cubes, and will serve 1-2 people. If you are new to the world of poké bowls, usually a base of rice and then loaded on with veggies like shredded carrots, cucumber, edamame avocado, soy sauce, sesame…the options are endless.
